Terms of Service

When you access our website, place an order you agree to these terms of service:

1. Who Can Shop With Us

You must be 18 or older (or have a parent/guardian’s permission if you’re under 18) and live in the U.S. or Canada to place an order.

2. Order Approval & Cancellation

We might cancel or decline your order if:
  • The product is sold out;
  • There’s a mistake in pricing or product info;
  • We think the order is fraudulent (like invalid payment details or unauthorized credit card use).
If we cancel your order, we’ll email you, and you’ll get a full refund within 3–5 business days.

3. Product Details

We try to make sure product descriptions, photos, and sizing are accurate. But colors might look different on your screen, and small size differences can happen (check our Size Guide for help). We can update product info, stop selling items, or change prices without telling you first.

4. How Payments Work

You’ll pay in USD for U.S. orders or CAD for Canadian orders, using our accepted payment methods (see our Payment Policy). You need to give correct, up-to-date payment info—we aren’t responsible if your payment fails because of wrong details or not enough money.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on our website (like text, logos, and product pictures) is owned by www.magosmove.top. You can’t use or copy this content without permission.

6. What You Can’t Do

You may not:
  • Get into our website through unauthorized ways;
  • Try to hack or reverse engineer our systems;
  • Use our site for business purposes (like selling our products or advertising) without our okay.

7. Resolving Disputes

Any issues related to these terms, the website, or your purchases will be handled through binding arbitration following the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).

8. Changes to These Terms

We can update these terms anytime. The newest version will be on our website, and if you keep shopping with us or using the site, you agree to the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These terms and any disputes related to them are governed by U.S. law and the law of the state where our company is registered (no conflict of law rules apply). California courts have exclusive jurisdiction over these disputes, unless local consumer protection laws give you extra rights.

Important: These terms don’t take away any rights you have under consumer protection laws in your area.
