How Long Do I Have to Return Items?You can start a return within 30 days of your order being delivered. After that, we can’t issue a refund.
What Items Can I Return?To qualify, items must be unworn, unwashed, have all original tags still on, and be in their original packaging (if applicable). Some items (like final sale or “non-returnable” products, marked on product pages) can’t be returned for hygiene reasons.
Can I Exchange an Item?We don’t offer direct exchanges for size or color. To get a different item, place a new order for what you want and return your original purchase for a refund. If you got a defective or wrong item, we may make exceptions at our discretion.
Who Pays for Return Shipping?
- We cover return shipping (or send a prepaid label, when possible) if the item is defective or we sent the wrong product.
- If you’re returning because of a change of mind (e.g., ordered the wrong size), you pay return shipping, and your original shipping fee won’t be refunded (unless the mistake was ours).
How Do I Send an Item Back?Before shipping anything, email our team at
[email protected] with your order number and why you’re returning the item. If it’s defective, include clear photos of the issue. We’ll let you know if your return is approved and give you step-by-step instructions.
When Will I Get My Refund?After we receive and check your return, we’ll email you to confirm the status. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Keep in mind, your bank or credit card company may take extra time to show the refund in your account.
What If My Refund Is Late or Missing?If you don’t see your refund within 5–10 business days, first check with your bank or card issuer (they might have processing delays). If it’s still missing, reach out to us at

Canadian Orders: Duties & TaxesAny import duties, taxes, or customs fees from CBSA or the shipping carrier can’t be refunded by us. When you return an item, we’ll refund the product price (and original shipping fees if it’s our fault, as required by law)—but we won’t refund duties or taxes.
