U.S. orders are tracked through USPS, while Canadian orders use USPS International—once your package reaches Canada, you can also track it via Canada Post for the latest updates.

A: For U.S. customers: If your package is lost or taking longer than expected, get in touch with us within 7 days of the marked delivery date. For Canadian customers: First, allow an extra 5–7 business days to account for cross-border customs delays, then contact us within 14 days of the marked delivery date.
