We accept three major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
- Your card is charged right when you place an order. Once payment goes through, you’ll get a confirmation email with all your transaction details.
- Make sure your billing address matches exactly what’s on file with your credit card company. If there’s a mismatch, your payment might be delayed or your order could be canceled.
If your payment doesn’t go through:
- Double-check your card info (expiration date, CVV code, billing address) to make sure it’s correct.
- Confirm you have enough money in your account.
- Call your bank or credit card issuer to fix any issues with your card (like account restrictions).
To keep things clear, the currency you’re charged in depends only on where your order is shipped:
- Shipping to the U.S.: You’ll be charged in U.S. Dollars (USD).
- Shipping to Canada: You’ll be charged in Canadian Dollars (CAD).
The currency selector at the top of our site lets you preview prices in your preferred currency, but this is just for reference. No matter what currency you see, you’ll be charged in the currency that matches your shipping country.
If your card is from another country or uses a different currency, your bank might add an exchange rate fee or foreign transaction fee. These fees are set by your bank, not by us.
Approved refunds go straight back to the credit card or payment method you used when checking out. After we process the refund, it usually takes 5–10 business days to show up on your statement—this timeline depends on your bank or credit card company.
